What a week!

In Math:

• Learned how to use a hundred chart to add tens and ones of a 2 digit number
• Learned how to break numbers into tens and ones to add

In ELA:

• Learned a new syllable type: open syllable
• Administered DRA's (developmental reading assessments)

In Science:

• Students created an orbit diagram to see how the sun, moon, and earth rotate and revolve
• Sang "The Solar System in Motion"

• Worked in groups on a moon parts of speech word sort
